- Website templates (managed and source code versions)
Due to the digital nature of these products, they are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Panorama Photography (Original Files)
Original high-resolution panorama files are non-refundable. Once you receive the original files, no refund is available for these products.
Please review preview images and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Website Templates and Other Products
For website templates and other digital products, we offer a 7-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the order completion date.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- Products that do not match their description
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the product
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
What Does Not Qualify
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Original panorama photograph files (non-refundable)
- Products where substantial support or customization services have been provided
